What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal and all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

I have sent through a question regarding an order, when can I expect a reply?

We usually respond to all email enquiries within 24 hours. It can be a bit longer during busy sales period (during holidays, sale etc). We appreciate your patience.

DELIVERY AND TRACKING

Can I track my order? 

All orders shipped will receive a tracking number which enables you to track your order online.

Do you ship internationally?

Sincerely Yours ships worldwide.

When will I receive my order?

Estimated shipping times:

Standard shipping (Estonia): 2-5 business days.

Standard shipping (the Baltic states): 3-5 business days.

Standard shipping (Europe): 5-10 business days.

Standard shipping international (outside Europe): 6-12 business days.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns on all items at their original condition (tags attached, unworn, unwashed). Please contact Sincerely Yours within 14 days of delivery and send back the item within 14 days. Debit and credit card returns must be processed against the same card that was used to complete the original purchase.
