Welcome to our first blog post!

Sincerely Yours is very proud to be one of the fashion brands that is focused on the sustainable production of garments.

But... what exactly is sustainable fashion you may ask?

When talking about the fashion industry or where it’s headed we can see the term sustainable fashion used more and more often. Sustainable fashion is not a new trend but a new industry norm. There is still, however, quite a lot of confusion around the exact meaning of the term. In the fashion industry, as in any other industry, sustainability can often be related to environmental aspects only, when in reality there is more to it. Sustainability in fashion is actually based on three key pillars:

This means that sustainably produced fashion contributes to the well-being of our planet through the following aspects: using eco-friendly materials and reducing waste throughout the supply chain (environmental aspect), assuring the rights of workers involved in the production process (social aspect) and offering quality products that meet market needs and demands and are fairly marketed (economic aspect).

Sustainability in fashion considers all stages of the product life cycle.

Sincerely Yours and sustainability

Now..don't get us wrong.. we are nowhere near doing it perfectly! As a matter of fact, it's becoming more and more clear that when it comes to sustainable production and ways of living there is no such thing as perfect. But we do, however, invest our time, resources and knowledge to choose the best possible eco-friendly options available.

So far, we are proud to say that:

1. Our collections are designed and manufactured from start to finish here in Estonia by people who love what they do.

2. They include some of the most eco-friendly certified fabrics available today.

3. Our manufacturing is based on demand. This means that we have very limited garments in stock at any given time. This allows us to produce only as many products as needed.

We would love to hear your thoughts!
